STORAGE

Storing in PDF forma tAfter the files are scanned, their images can be optionally converted to PDF format. The US government uses this format to digitally store and transmit its document. This allows you to open the document in almost every computer platform.

Store to CD-ROM

All the files are stored in a CD-ROM. We also include a search engine that allows you to search any document in seconds. All you need to access the documents in CD is a Multimedia PC and a web browser. No other software is required. A typical CD-ROM can store 10,000-15,000 pages depending on the resolution, paper size etc.

DATA CONVERSION

 We at USIS Resources have full range of quality data conversion facilities and provide the best services for file conversion and media conversion.

 Medical Books digitization work

We download the scanned images from the client server through FTP, The scanned images are then converted in to word format using Abby Fine Reader software, The converted files are saved as word document and then verified by proofreader for spelling mistakes and other corrections of images etc. The verified documents are uploaded to the client’s server through FTP. 

Novels Digitization work  

We get Novels from the client that are digitized and converted in to word document using Abby Fine Reader. The converted files are saved as word document and then verified by the operator, which is rechecked by the proofreader. The final version of the Novel is handed to the client in soft form in CD.

Ambulance Report digitization work 

We download the scanned images of the Ambulance Reports from our client in USA through FTP and the data in the scanned images is entered in to the Keypunch software (provided by the client), which gets saved as .de extension. The entered data can be opened through a word editor for verification. Once the data is checked by the data entry operator and rechecked by the proofreader. The proofed data are uploaded to the client server through FTP.
